Three stylish towers and a new landscaped square complement the re-opening of Lea Bridge station and signal a new identity for this major regeneration area. Replacing dilapidated warehouses, the development ranges from 4 to 18 storeys and delivers 300 homes and around 1,500 sqm of commercial and leisure space.
PTE provided a full service from concept to delivery.
Watch Josephine's story on how she used Shared Ownership, a government backed part-buy part-rent scheme to help buy her first home at Motion, E10 with Peabody.
East London remains one of the Capital’s most exciting areas for regeneration. We’re tapping into this growing momentum, bringing homes, offices and a host of amenities to an area which previously suffered due to a lack of investment. Working closely with the London Borough of Waltham Forest, these proposals will breathe new life into the area, becoming a catalyst for further regeneration and investment.”

I viewed the two-bed show apartment and was given a floorplan for the studio. From what I saw I loved the specification and the design of the apartments.
When I did see my studio apartment it felt like a one-bedroom apartment. It was really spacious and brilliantly designed. The bedroom space was separate from the other living spaces which I really liked.
I also have a balcony which really extends the studio apartment.”
