This transformation of a 1970’s estate creates 240 new homes, a health centre and community hub on a sensitive and valuable site next to a conservation area. Integration of a 14-storey tower generates cross-subsidy for replacement affordable homes. PTE provided a full service from concept to completion of Phase 1 in 2019, and is now planning the next phase.
