Nick has a wide experience in the urban regeneration, housing and education sectors, and has built up his expertise in urban design and infrastructure through the scope of his projects.
Within his role as project architect and senior architect at PTE, Nick has developed concepts through to planning submissions and Stage 3 tenders. He also has responsibility for preparing reports and presentations, design team co-ordination and liaison with the wider project team and client. Nick is a good communicator, presenting concepts and proposals to the client and other stakeholders.
At PTE he has been involved in housing and regeneration projects, including homes within infill estate housing programmes for Southwark Council and Lewisham Council. Nick has also continued his experience within the education sector with two primary school projects.
