As senior technician Kotey produces drawings and details for planning, tender and construction stages. He is the lead BIM co-ordinator for his projects, which involves setting up the BIM Execution Plan and procedures, and reviewing the overall strategy, processes and model management at all stages of the project.

For Beechwood West, Kotey developed an efficient management system to control the complex custom build options on this project, which is currently on site.

Kotey is a member of the BIM committee for PTE, contributing to office wide BIM standards, development, and implementation. With experience in leisure, healthcare, education and housing sectors, Kotey focuses on the use of software technologies to help develop and aid the design process, with particular emphasis on working smartly.
