Joanna brings a high level of organisation, efficient working methods and excellent design abilities to her project team leading role. With good management and communication skills she has been a key part of delivering large scale and complex projects both in the UK and internationally, producing high quality architecture that surpasses expectations.

She has experience of liaising with clients, contractors and leading a team of design consultants, and has worked on projects at all stages from concept and briefing stages through to practical completion.

Her international projects enabled Joanna to experience a different approach to spatial design and functional requirements. Great attention was paid especially to passive environmental measures, such as orientation and shading.

Joanna has worked in the residential, public, commercial, retail and masterplanning sectors, and has also led an award winning project to refurbish a Grade II listed building.
