With experience in designing large scale regeneration and residential developments, schools and urban design, Alina has been involved in projects at all stages of the construction process. Her project roles have included designing masterplans and detailed planning applications, liaising with and presenting to clients and planning departments. Alina enjoys the consultation processes and is a good communicator. She is responsible for keeping projects aligned with statutory regulations and is expert in compiling planning documentation.

As project architect she has developed her understanding of the planning system, construction process, detailing, running a project, and liaising with clients and the design team.

Prior to joining PTE Alina was involved with a variety of residential projects, from one-off bespoke houses to large scale redevelopments. and achieved an RIBA housing award for a project that involved renovation and extension of a Victorian farmhouse.
