Tidemill Academy and Deptford Lounge has been Highly Commended in the Regeneration category at the RICS London and South East Awards presented at the Landmark Hotel on the 2nd May. The RICS Regeneration Award showcases exceptional improvements to urban, rural or coastal areas. The judges look for a scheme that has conserved or improved the built or natural environment in a way that has contributed to the viability of the area. Tidemill was one of 11 projects shortlisted in the category and did extremely well, coming second place to the winning project, The London 2012 Olympic Park.
