Packington Estate has been shortlisted in two categories; Best Large Development and Best Regeneration Project and Wates Court; Best Small Development. Previously known as the Affordable Home Ownership Awards, the awards have succeeded in promoting and raising the profile of the affordable housing sector. The independent judging panel is formed of representatives from highly regarded organisations and key housing influencers including the HCA; DCLG; RIBA and the NHF. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in September held at the Lancaster Hotel, London.
