The support of our mentors, Marion and Patrick, and the shared knowledge of our colleagues created an environment where we were confident to ask questions, get feedback, and grow. We had lots of responsibility, combined with the freedom to put forward our design ideas. Gaining experience at the later stages of a project and learning how to work effectively with contractors and consultants were real ‘wow’ moments that wouldn’t have been available via the traditional route.”
