Having celebrated its 40th birthday this year, Pollard Thomas Edwards (PTE) has taken the next step in its evolution by becoming a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).

Six current directors, Carl Vann, Dominique Oliver, Kaye Stout, Patrick Devlin, Roger Holdsworth and Tricia Patel become equity partners, joining senior partners Andrew Beharrell, Teresa Borsuk and Stephen Fisher as owners of PTE.

Founded in 1974, and becoming a limited company in 1986, PTE has pioneered approaches to regeneration and community engagement that are now accepted best practice. Since becoming owners in 1999, Andrew, Teresa and Stephen have grown and diversified the practice.

PTE now has 130 staff delivering homes, schools, workspace and community facilities throughout London and the south-east.
