Coronation Square in Waltham Forest, the borough’s largest planning application in history, has received unanimous planning consent by virtual planning committee

01.04.20

PTE’s proposals to revitalise The Score Centre, for Taylor Wimpey and Waltham Forest Council, will bring 750 much-needed new homes to Leyton, 50% of which are affordable.

The development is focused around Market Square; a vibrant new gathering place surrounded by community facilities, including a pre-school nursery, café, community halls and a new health hub with 20 GP rooms. The proposals also include new and improved sports and leisure facilities and a new district heating network with capacity for 2,250 new homes, as part of the council’s climate emergency plans.
