Abbey Phase 3 achieved planning approval at Camden’s Planning Committee meeting on Thursday 13 October, with the planning officer noting to councillors the ‘high quality architecture that responds to the local context’ and that they were ‘very pleased with the architectural design and level of detailing provided by the architect’.

This is the final piece of the jigsaw of Camden’s three phase Abbey Area Masterplan. It will provide 139 new homes along with flexible retail and commercial space at ground floor and improved public realm and landscaping. PTE also designed Phase 1 across the road. We have been appointed by Wates to deliver the project.
